Our first goal is to deliver value that is not only convenient, but value that Associates and their Clients can't get anywhere else. An individual Associate can be proud to claim and feel ownership of the Joint Venture. Ironically, the direct and natural by-products of a "Value First" business model are loan volume and profitability.
