SUE RAINWATER JOINS RPM MORTGAGE, INC.
RPM Mortgage, Inc. (RPM) is proud and excited to announce that Sue Rainwater has joined the RPM family. Rainwater is now officially RPM’s Vice President (VP) of Strategic Alliances.
Rainwater will be working with Anna Ruotolo, RPM’s SVP Strategic Alliances to strategically create and manage partnerships between RPM and its referral sources. Rainwater will also be improving our existing in-house lending partnerships and hopes to build relationships with not only other real estate companies, but insurance companies, builders, private banks, credit unions and other referral sources as well.
Ruotolo is pleased to have Rainwater working alongside her and knows that together they will create strong, long-lasting business relationships.
“Sue Rainwater is an industry professional who has created and run very successful teams,” said Ruotolo. “Having her as part of our team will benefit RPM in so many ways. I am pleased that we are finally working together after all these years and look forward to the fun, excitement and success we will create together.”
Rainwater has worked in this industry for over 30 years and has acquired lots of experience through the positions she has held. She initially started as a loan officer before moving into management and working with companies to expand their presence in the market place. She previously served as the President of California Association of Mortgage Professionals (CAMP) East Bay chapter and is involved in many other local trade and philanthropic organizations.
It was RPM’s strong business presence mixed with a fun family atmosphere that persuaded Rainwater to join the RPM team.
“I have always admired RPM for their impressive team of high producing loan agents, the fact that it is big and mighty with a family feel and that it is locally owned and operated,” said Rainwater. “I love working in this industry because of the long-term relationships that I have formed within it and I couldn’t be happier to finally work with Anna Ruotolo. We have been friends since we met at a CAMP (formerly CAMB) conference in the mid 90’s and I look forward to working alongside her and providing homeownership to all who desire and deserve it.”
Rainwater lives in Alamo and enjoys golfing, hiking, reading, and exploring in her spare time. She has a daughter Lindsay, son Steve, daughter-in-law Melanie and a grandson Richie.
