RPM MORTGAGE WESTLAKE VILLAGE MOVES DOWNTOWN
RPM Mortgage Westlake Village recently moved to a new, more central location in the heart of downtown Westlake Village at 971 S. Westlake Blvd. Suite 101. RPM Westlake Village was previously located at 600 Hampshire Rd. Suite 110 and has been with RPM since early 2010.
Although the new branch location is only about a mile away from the previous location, Sean Casey, Branch Manager of RPM Westlake Village, made the strategic decision to move based on the added exposure the branch will get by being on the corner of a major intersection. The new location is also larger than the previous one, leaving the possibility of expanding as an option.
“This relocation gives RPM Westlake Village a more synergistic move in residential lending and a bigger stage in which to provide it,” said Casey.
The Westlake Village branch consists of the same great group of agents, including Sean Casey, Sherrie Nickeas, Ken Olandt, Steve Moore, Jan Marshall-Moore and Clark Aliano. However, with the extra space available at the new location, Casey hopes to be adding a few more top agents to his tightly-knit group of mortgage professionals.

The branch is targeting business in Westlake Village and plans on building upon its already well-established reputation within community. It is also attracting business in the Northern Los Angeles and Ventura areas. The new branch location will not only be more easily accessible to existing clients, but will also open up more opportunities for new client as well due to the more noticeable location.
RPM Westlake Village is currently involved in the local community by coaching youth sports and supporting local high schools. The branch is also a member of the Conejo Valley Chamber.
