RPM MORTGAGE, INC. INTRODUCES NEW TERRITORY REPRESENTATIVE, SEAN HERRERO
RPM Mortgage is proud to introduce Sean Herrero as one of the new Territory Representatives in Alameda, Contra Costa and Marin counties.
With RPM’s expanded business development program, Herrero will be in charge of recruiting new branches in his respective area, as well as high-end loan agents who fit the RPM business model. Herrero will also be assisting the existing branches in his area, making sure that all their needs are met.
“I can’t wait to show the brokers I have built strong relationships with everything that RPM can do, said Herrero. “Whether they want to grow their business or just simplify it, we have the solutions.”
Herrero has worked in the mortgage industry for over 10 years and has built quite a strong name for himself in a relatively short amount of time. Herrero previously worked at Bank of America where he ranked as one of the top five Account Executives in the country, as well as with Countrywide before that.
Herrero is already proving his reputation true by bringing 1st Western Home Loans to RPM. This branch is owned by Jeff Sokol and includes 23 agents and 10 employees. This branch is what RPM needed to be fully covered in all areas of the East Bay Area. Sokol had worked with Herrero previously at Bank of America and trusted Herrero’s decision to join RPM.
Herrero is actively involved with California Association of Mortgage Professionals (CAMP) and participates in the Training for Contra Costa Search and Rescue Team. Herrero says that he is committed to quality and integrity and that “we must always make sure we do the right thing for our customers, our loan agents, and our bank.”
Herrero is excited to be a part of a company that is constantly looking for new ways to serve its loan agents and rise above mortgage lending hurdles.
“RPM has the tools and support to make loan agents more successful,” said Herrero. “There is so much added value that I can share with my customers. This is the only company that is asking, ‘what can we do better to make our loan officers more successful?’ This support is second to none.”
Herrero also enjoys photography, free-diving and rock climbing in his spare time. He is a proud husband and father of his wife Nicole, and two sons, Ashton and Kingston.
